Winter Warmer - Bread & Butter Pudding

It tastes as good as it looks, and
is best served warm!

It's still winter and cold outside, so it's the ideal time to make some warm and tasty puddings! I've recently been making Bread & Butter Pudding for my family, which has satisfied our taste buds and has also been incredibly easy to make! Lemon zest and mixed spice were added to the mix of currants and sugar in the traditional Bread and Butter Pudding recipe, giving it a zingy taste. It's delicious, why not give it a try?
